Stray cat's are everywhere here. Whether they're prowling around using everything they can reach as a walking surface, watching you eat or fighting for a nice place to perch, they are very cute and very ubiquitous. "Stray" is a bit of a misnomer though, because these cats are well taken care of. We've seen restaurants leave food for them out back, newspapers and cardboard boxes for them to sleep in and play with. It is like they are actually pets who just know they are to stay outside and do their own thing- which is what most cats want anyway, right?
